Binaya Parajuli has been working in VSBK Programme / Nepal since the beginning (January 2003) as Admin & Finance Manager. He has more than ten years experience in various development projects in Nepal. The overall programme tasks of Mr. Parajuli are to maintain all administrative, financial and logistic works.

He started his carrier in accounts, finance and administration in March 1994 after joining Arniko Highway Project (AHP) as accountant/administrator, a Swiss funded project implemented by ITECO Engineering, a Swiss consulting firm. He worked later as an accounts officer in District Roads Support Programme, also a Swiss funded programme being implemented by FRISA/ITECO Joint Venture from 1999 to 2002.

He has completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Tribhuvan University (TU) in 1996. At the moment he is also studying for Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), a United Kingdom (UK) based accounting professional course conducted by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
