Mr. Kashi Ram Chemjong has done Diploma in Civil Engineering from Tribhuban University, Nepal. He has been working in VSBK programme as BPWS (Best Practice Workshop) In-charge in CESEF (Cost Effective Social & Environmental Friendly) track since October 1, 2007.

His major responsibilities are to assist in facilitating cement based building materials production, develop relevant training packages & assist in implementing them. To document systematically the processes & steps of best practices for building material production & application. Develop relevant technical packages & extend functional linkages with local level organizations (government & non-government).
