Pabitra Dash has been working at VSBK Program / Nepal since December 2006 as a Field Officer in Social Action. She has 10 years of experience in the development sector. She started her job in this area when she was 11 years old.

Her major responsibilities are to design training packages for Child Care Center, social mobilization, etc and also providing training for partner organization, Local Non-Governmental Organization (LNGO) staff and Caretakers of these centers. Her duties also include arranging workshops & meetings, coordinating with entrepreneurs, workers and providing back support for LNGO staff. Currently she is doing her Bachelors in Sociology from Kitini Higher Secondary College, Lalitpur
