Urs Hagnauer is a Swiss national and holds an MBA in Management & Human Resource Management. He has twenty-five years of work experience in developing countries, mainly in Central and South Asia (with over twelve year’s experience of working in Nepal), Latin America and Africa. During this time he holds responsibilities at different levels in projects on rural Infrastructure, Capacity Building and engineering fields.

His main task in VSBK Programme is the overall management of the project. Further he is specifically involved in networking with partners, as well as tasks related to Institutional Development, the Economic and Social component of the programme.
