Usha Manandhar is with the VSBK
Programme/Nepal since March 2003 as the Social Coordinator. She has a Masters' Degree in Development
Studies with about 9 years of experiences in development
projects.
Her major responsibilities are to conceptualize,
design and manage social actions, strategies and
approaches of Programme's social component aiming
to utilise the technology shift for rights-based
betterment of workers in the brick industry and
CESEF sector.
