  • Size of the platform: L= 9.16 meter; B= 5.68 meter
  • Approximately 20,000 bricks can be stored at the top
  • Mat foundation
  • Refractory brick lining from 3rd to 9th batch, the rest are local high quality fired bricks
  • No of peephole pipes: 3
  • Use of mud mortar for construction
  • Locally available C–channel for trolley movement
  • 4 tie beams
  • Cemented trolley guide instead of metal trolley guide

  • No cantilever
  • No RCC slab at platform
  • Size of platform: L = 7.9 meter; B = 3.6 meter
  • Almost no space for brick storing at the top
  • Mat foundation
  • Refractory brick lining from 3rd to 9th batch, the rest are local high quality fired bricks
  • No of peephole pipes: 3
  • Use of mud mortar for construction
  • Locally available C–channel for trolley movement
  • 4 tie beams
  • Cemented trolley guide instead of metal trolley guide

  • Less initial investment in compare to all the options
    1. Foundation cost reduced by 40% in compare to option II
